We also help our clients develop bylaws and board policies that set the stage for effective operations to support achievement and growth. We assist charter school boards in conducting termination, student discipline, and grievance hearings.
We help charter school boards develop school leader contracts and evaluate school leaders. Finally, we work with charter school boards on sponsor/authorizer matters, such as sponsor evaluations, charter amendments, and charter renewals.
